1.28a:
- fixed a bug where citizens didn't wanted to accept tools
- added new quest chapter dedicated to Silent's Mechanisms mod. Mod adds a few simple machines(like crusher, electric furnace), generators and basic wire. Pretty simple yer useful;
- added new quests for Vilager Artifacts items;
- added new quest for construction wand;
- blacklisted basic blocks from lootbeams;
