OTHER CHANGES:

- Configured all IAFCE dragon spawns so that dragon den generations were slightly more common as I found that they were far too rare. Also configured to stop dragon griefing as well as dragons dig when stuck to false. If you wish to change those configs for your game/server go ahead!
