Tweaked Iguana's Tinker Tweaks:
* Disabled all non-tinkers swords, bows and hoes

* Tweaked Flux modifier

* Other various tweaks

Fixed duplicate ore generation (at least I think I did, it will need to be tested)

Updated Storage Drawers to 1.10.4

Updated Forestry to 4.2.16.64 (This may have escaped the zip I uploaded to Curse so it may not be till 0.2.6 that it is included)
