Fixed ore doubling, for some reason IC2 and TE were broken and scripts werent working.  Pulverizing or Induction Smelting ores now requires 25000 RF.  (Default is 4k)

IC2 macerator now only gives one dust, will fix Ore Washer and Centrifuge ASAP.  Instead of Macerator giving 2x resources, and Washer and Centrifuge giving a few bonus small dusts, the macerator gives one dust, which can then be washed and centrifuged to get more bonus dusts than the default.  THe macerator is basically preparing the ore to be in a form usable by the washer, not doubling the ore anymore. This means ore doubling requires more energy, and investment. 

Some recipes added.  Diamond armor now requires Industrial Diamonds, which now has a recipe that is expensive.  Slowly moving swords and armor to be crafted in the Carpenter, to add energy and time to the cost of making them, not just raw materials.
