UPDATE 4.6! - shop & fight update

-add Vending Machine (custom shop block, you can earn the money to spend here by doing quests, items are also unlocked by doing quests)

-add Simply Weapons to help with combat (lots of relics are disabled, and the remaining are buffed + moved to Infusion Altar)

-add cataclysm (one boss per tier, rewards better circuits recipes and curios, peaceful players can get the recipes too, but they have harder line)

-rewrite Dyson Multiblocks (now they save the data to data file, not to the block, this makes it so players don't lose progress when breaking the controller, this will delete your progress up to now, but this needed to be done, I also added better recipes for shooting up the sails)

-reduce the amount of CWUt needed on a lot of recipes

-fix a lot of UHV recipes

-fix UHV multiblock

-move Hephaesteum line to ZPM, reduce the time to get raw naquadah

-fix maliwanium (one recipe was left in UV -> ZPM)
