EFC 3.0

Dev got lazy and is skipping the numbers. Then he just adjusted somethings

 

  • Removed knight quest
  • removed medival paintings

Updated some mods including that one keep telling me to update it... we all know which one that is.

Touched a ton of configs and adjusted some armorsets
