Departed Redux

Hey all, short new update with some additions and changes:

- Added the Enchantments Exchanger Mod

- Fixed the issue where a shaped recipe gave an Iron Ring instead of a Gear, changing the Ring's recipe to a different shape.
- Increased the chance Ruined Teleporters (Advent of Ascension) underground by 10%
- Increase the amount of Sapphire Ore Blocks that generate within a chunk, as well as blocks per vein; Minimum 3, Maximum 8
- Decreased the chance of Chests and Mimics Spawning Underground to 10%
