-General Bug Fixes

-Fix: Removed oil ponds from beyond earth dimensions

-Fix: Removed Botania mushroom generation from beyond earth dimensions, though do note that this also disables Botania mushroom generation for all dimensions, unfortunately. :/

-Gated RF Tools Dim behind Pneumaticcraft

-Platinum now generates on the Moon and Mars

-Titanium and Iridium now generate on the moon

-Electrodynamics circuits now have recipes that are less costly in materials, and can be used in place of both Mekanism and FTB:IC circuits.

-Adjusted some recipes.

-Added the following mods: All of Pam's HarvestCraft 2 mods, Thermal Dynamics, KubeJS Botania, Advanced Peripherals, and Tarot Cards.

-Potions of luck are now obtainable.

-Many other changes that I may have forgotten as I have been developing since December but have not released any updates since then. Sorry :/
