Create: (Dont) Fear the Caves

Addition of a couple new mods some config changes. be warned there is an issue related to armor that's trimmed in the Jei(Just enough items)menu with its texture being bugged and showing a black and purple debug icon. this problem is likely caused by the More Sniffer Flowers mod. lastly, it should cause no problems for the ingame texture.

as always, thank you
