Client Enhancements 2.0.0

Now for Minecraft 26.3 (Fabric). Client Enhancements is now a lean speed pack: every mod runs on your side only, so it works on any server, vanilla ones too. Convenience mods moved to the sister pack Needed Essentials.

Changed

• Minecraft 1.21.10 to 26.3, Fabric Loader 0.17.3 to 0.19.5. Needs Java 25 (the CurseForge app sets it up for you).
• Every mod updated to its newest stable 26.3 file.
• The pack now has 27 mods (libraries included) instead of 37, so it is lighter to load.
• Faithful 64x is replaced by Faithful 32x, which is much lighter on your graphics card (still off by default).
• Your settings are safe on updates: the pack's default video, shader and mod settings are only used on the very first start.

New

• A new main menu made for the pack: a dark green night scene and the CE logo, with tidy buttons. It is two still pictures, so it costs nothing to show.
• More Culling: skips hidden block faces, leaves and item frames.
• Dynamic FPS: lowers the frame rate while the game is in the background (15 FPS), saving power and heat.
• Sodium Extra: extra video settings for fog, animations, particles and weather.
• Debugify: fixes many vanilla bugs.
• Language Reload: faster start and instant language switching (replaces lazy-language-loader).
• Mod Menu: a Mods button to see and change every mod's settings.
• Default Options: gives new installs balanced settings (render distance 10, VSync on, Low On Fire on) once.

Removed

• No 26.3 version yet: Cubes Without Borders, Valx' EssentialF3, NoisiumForked, lazy-language-loader.
• Convenience mods, now in Needed Essentials: JEI, JourneyMap, Jade, AppleSkin, Mouse Tweaks, Shulker Box Tooltip, Pick Up Notifier, Enchantment Descriptions, Controlling, Searchables, Advancement Screenshot.
• Resource Gamma Util (full bright) and JourneyMap's mob radar and cave map are not allowed on some servers.
• The Minecraft Hosting button on the title screen.
• Libraries nothing needs any more: Prickle, Puzzles Lib, Forge Config API Port.

Fixed

• Screenshot Compression no longer adds a chat message every time you take a screenshot.
• The pack no longer ships a few files that belonged to one PC (a Sodium id file and No Chat Reports server choices).
