What's new

  • May have decreased imput/tps lag when generating new chunks. Feedback appreciated
    - Additional recipes / recipe adjustments
    - Added more decoration options, specifically surrounding furniture and Farmer's Delight
    - Added mods to significantly change strongholds and the final Ender Dragon fight**
    - Added Loot Integrations, but further testing to properly integrate DOOMED loot into lootpools required
    - Added CraftingTweaks. Buttons are turned off for visual consistency, but hotkeys still work, so if the mod is something you want to use, make sure to configure your keybinds
    - Added Yung's Cave Biomes, which add both ice and desert themed caves to the underground
    - Cows can now be milked with a glass bottle instead of only a bucket, allowing for another early-game method of managing thirst without worrying about sickness
    - Added CarryOn, so moving chests and the like should be less painful

    KNOWN ISSUES:
        (and other things)

    - Landmines and server-side configs for DOOMED
I fully understand the frustration with the landmine minigame in particular. I fully agree with you, believe me, but it's not something I know how to change just yet, as the setting to disable it is SERVER/WORLD SPECIFIC. To clarify further, there are two different versions of the landmine defusal minigame; the Undertale-esque version is the one on by DEFAULT. When I figure out how to change this I will. In the meantime, use snowballs or other throwables to blow them up at range ;D

    - Heavy tps/input lag when loading new chunks / slow world generation times
This is something I'm aware of, but is a little hard to manage because of how deep each chunk's generation goes. This newest version adds BetterChunkLoading, which seems to have cut this time roughly in half (for me), but more feedback on its effectiveness would be greatly appreciated. If it's not enough, turning down your render distance further should help, in theory

    - "How do I increase my inventory?"
Read the questbook! It's not incredibly fleshed out in its current form (writing the descriptions is quite drab, I'm sorry), but there IS important info there to be gained. Look for the FTB questbook icon in the top-left of your inventory screen, or press " ` " by default to open it

**You are not expected to survive. Good luck.
