CadCraft 4.0 is an updated 1.16.5 version of CadCraft 3.5 (which was for minecraft 1.12.2) and is designed for choice! I have tried to keep a good balance of Tech, Magic and Exploration/Building to give everyone on your server a chance to do whatever they want!
