Agent's Pack of Coolness

I know, it's been a while. I've been busy.

This release is still missing the following mods:

• Custom Splash Screen
• Eating Animation
• Xaero's Minimap

Since these mods seem basically unsupported now, I'm just going to
continue on without them and mark this as a release rather than a beta.

Now you might be asking, "Agent, why is this 1.20.10 and not 1.20.11?"
The answer is that basically all the mods weren't working in 1.20.11,
even if they had a valid release candidate. So we're sticking to 1.20.10.

But besides that, as usual:

• Updated the mods
• Updated the resource packs
• Updated the shader packs
• Added the old redstone torch texture in through VanillaTweaks.
