Fixed runtime exceptions caused by missing living/player data

Added Silversheen enchantment, which can be applied to a weapon to qualify it as a silver-type source of damage for 1 hour
Known bugs:
Due to the Native and Extraplanar types now being applied automatically based on your spawn or custom home dimension, several types formerly unable to eat or sleep are currently able to whilst in their home dimension. For players, this is corrected by simply using /types origin target <player name> none, which results in them being permanently Extraplanar.
