Tool Modifier: "Bountiful", using Forestry's Apatite. When applied, it gives tools a chance of harvesting an extra crop drop when harvesting crops.

Fixed:
* Osmium damage fixed (was previously too high), so new tools made with Osmium should now deal the correct amount of damage
