Modular Diversity

- FIxes detector hatches making the requirement they represent not work.

- Adds anchor component for providing an anchor for position components

- Adds anchors to position components, which modify the zero point. For example you can now make machines that only run in vicinity to world spawn, or in combination with anchor components, in vicinity to other machines.

- Fixes biome component being susceptible to id shifts by making it use a resource name instead.
