Labels
This is a simple mod that adds one item, a Label
- Labels functions similar to item frames but can adapt to all surfaces and be physically connected to any solid block no matter the shape
- By shift-clicking on a label with an item you'll be able to change its image, showing that item you selected
- Clicking on a label will let the player interact with the block behind, making it perfect for your storage systems
- Images shown by labels are pixelated and colored to better fit minecraft style. This works seamlessly for any item
- Can accept glow ink sacks to make then glow in the dark
- Can be colored with any dye
- Using a feather on them will display the item name
- Visuals can he heavily customized with the configs
this. is. goated. ive been waiting for a mod like this for way too long

Thanks!
Hello!
First of all, thanks for the nice mod.
I have one question, is the color of the item used as the label
What should I do to reflect it?
It's nice to be able to change the color with dyes, but colorful ones are better.
I like it!
In reply to katakuri0415:
Hi, you can change it in the config to don't recolor and just show the original item. I might add some feature where if you use a certain item on it it allows it to be "dyed" like that. Maybe some modded one too idk
In reply to MehVahdJukaar:
Mr. MehVahdJukaar
thank you for your reply.
You can change it in the settings 😸
I'll give it a try. thank you·.
This mod comes up as 1.19.3, there is a version labeled 1.19.3 but it seems to not work and the file says 1.19.2
Is this just an illusion :(
can u make some square labels. great mod <3
In reply to Fr1tz_underscore:
Ty. You can change the texture with a texture pack
1.19.3???
Add it for 1.19.3
(version 1.19.2)
Like a previous commenter, my storage labels vanish every time I visit the nether. They reappear when I reload the world, but when they're "invisible" I can't seem to remove them unless I break the block they're attached to (or place a block on top of them, if that makes sense).
You mentioned checking if they're at 0,0,0 before... Is there a quick way to go to 0,0,0?
In reply to jettathan:
I tried this and I can't replicate myself. You can use the to command. Maybe it's some mod conflicting? Like some mod that affects how entities tick. Are you on fabric?
In reply to MehVahdJukaar:
I'm using forge, but I do have "it shall not tick" which limits entity ticking and rendering. I actually forgot I had it.
I tried adding labels to ISNT's ignore list (with "labels:label") but it didn't seem to change anything. Did I mess up the ID?
So, is it possible in-game to have both pencil and normal textured labels? Or is that only changed in the config?
In reply to Zoofule:
You can only have one colour style. I go however plan to allow to have ones with text and ones without together
Could you make it so that when you right click on a label with something on it, it can flip? I want to use spyglasses as bottles of wine, so being able to move them live with item frames would be cool.
In reply to noobmcguffin:
they are not meant to be an item frame clone infact they are very different from them. Allowing to rotate the item texture wont work as the texture itself barely fits in the label low so even a slight rotation could make some bigger ones like glass pane go completely outside of the paper piece not to mention the pixels wont be aligned anymore
In reply to MehVahdJukaar:
Oh alright then, that makes sense, thanks for telling me!
labels-1.18.2-1.0-fabric.jar doesn't work on 1.18.1 fabric
In reply to gczzpzbwtz:
have you tried 1.18.2? I need a crash report
