What's new

Ghostworks 6.3.2 — The Living End & Twin Wardens

  • Added enchanted books for Ghostworks enchantments.
  • Fixed Luma losing her binding and quest progress after returning from the End.
  • Fixed players receiving another Luma egg after returning from the End.

This changelog covers everything added since the last public release, Ghostworks 4.1.0. It

Headline Features

  • Discover Corgi Hollow, a terrain-aware sanctuary built around a monumental living tree, a secure mixed-stone garden wall, and a lush swimming pond fed by a broad natural waterfall.
  • Meet Atlas and Rio, the Twin Wardens: two fully modeled and animated corgis with expressive ears, tails, jaws, tongues, coordinated movement, Minecraft wolf sounds, and unique personalities.
  • Explore the Chorus Garden, a new outer-End biome covered in Voidsoil, flowering flora, luminous growth, Hollow Chorus willows, and living garden details.
  • Grow enormous Hollow Chorus Willows from a 2×2 sapling arrangement, or discover rare inhabited trees containing End Mushling family homes and loot.
  • Build with an extensive Hollow Chorus wood and garden collection, including a complete construction set and more than 50 decorative pieces.
  • Create a searchable Fae Storage Network that connects existing inventories through a powered Fae Core and Inventory Relays.
  • Encounter new wandering characters, contracts, wildlife, village systems, waypoints, machines, and magical utilities throughout the Overworld, Nether, and End.

Corgi Hollow and the Twin Wardens

  • Added the new southwest Corgi Hollow landmark, with placement that adapts its foundation, slopes, water containment, and landscaping to the surrounding terrain.
  • The sanctuary includes a connected swimming pond for Rio, a wide enclosed waterfall and cove, paths, flowers, toys, seating, mossy ruins, garden decorations, and a large organic centerpiece tree.
  • A tall, secure outer wall blends cobblestone, mossy cobblestone, stone, and stone bricks into an aged garden enclosure.
  • Atlas and Rio remain peaceful until challenged, then fight as a coordinated nonlethal boss encounter with a shared boss bar.
  • Their encounter includes guarding, crossing dashes, leaps, zoomies, flower-burst toys, recovery animations, arena awareness, and distinct land-and-water behavior.
  • The corgis disengage when players leave their sanctuary and return to playing together once the challenge is complete.
  • Added the Twin CollarTwin Warden Trophy, full Atlas and Rio plushies, The Best Game challenge, a reward chest, and an original playable music disc.
  • Added custom Corgi Hollow ambience and a living population of Gobblings, River Nixies, Mushlings, lake dragonflies, and nighttime fireflies.
  • Added Bossfinder support for locating the Twin Wardens.

Chorus Garden Biome

  • Added a new outer-End biome using Voidsoil as its living surface instead of ordinary End Stone.
  • The biome is integrated through TerraBlender so it can coexist with other biome packs, including Biomes O' Plenty.
  • Added natural layers of Stillmoss, Hollow Chorus roots, fallen blossoms, miniature chorus growth, garden stones, driftwood, and luminous flowers.
  • Added End Asters, Chorus Bells, Rift Clover, Lumen Anemones, Pale Spirals, Void Tufts, Endstone Sprigs, and short and tall Endstone grass varieties.
  • Added functional End plants: Blinkbells, Drift Orchids, Watcher's Blooms, Echo Lilies, Voiddew Chalices, and Comet Roses.
  • Voidsoil supports End vegetation and can regrow garden plants with bone meal.
  • Echo Lilies can grow beneath End islands, Voiddew Chalices provide bottled dew, and Voidglass Clusters support Silk Touch and Fortune harvesting.
  • Endermen now limit block carrying to a small set of sturdy terrain blocks, leaving flowers and delicate biome decorations undisturbed.
  • Vanilla End terrain and End City generation remain available within the expanded outer End.

Hollow Chorus Willows

  • Added enormous willow-shaped Hollow Chorus trees with thick branching trunks, irregular crowns, transparent flowering leaves, and long complementary vine curtains.
  • Added Hollow Chorus Logs, Stripped Hollow Chorus Logs, Hollow Chorus Planks, Leaves, Saplings, and three lengths of hanging willow vine.
  • Logs, stripped logs, and planks retain X, Y, or Z placement orientation; axes strip logs while preserving their axis.
  • Hollow Chorus Saplings require a complete 2×2 arrangement and can grow on normal soil, End Stone, Resonant End Stone, or Voidsoil.
  • Flowering leaves use an airy cutout canopy and can drop Chorus Fruit at the same base rate as apples from oak leaves, including Fortune scaling.
  • Hanging vines form staggered weeping curtains, support chains beneath them, and can be collected with shears.

End Mushlings and Tree Homes

  • Added the violet, softly glowing End Mushling, with End particles, Chorus Fruit breeding, a spawn egg, and dedicated loot.
  • Some naturally generated Hollow Chorus Willows contain a furnished family home built into the trunk.
  • Homes include a carved doorway, working Hollow Chorus door, planted Chorus floor, plank interior, lantern, carpets, furniture, decorations, and a loot chest.
  • Each inhabited home contains three to five persistent End Mushlings and may include a baby.
  • Player-grown willows remain pure trees and never generate homes, residents, or loot.
  • Added Reverse Chorus Fruit to tree-home treasure. It searches for a safe higher ledge and can provide a Slow Falling lift when no ledge is available.

Hollow Chorus Building Collection

  • Added a full Hollow Chorus construction set: stairs, slabs, vertical slabs, doors, trapdoors, fences, fence gates, signs, hanging signs, shutters, windows, balcony rails, trellises, pergolas, roof trim, shingles, beams, brackets, shelves, benches, tables, and carved frames.
  • Added garden and pond decorations including the Ancient End Garden Statue, End Garden Fountain, Mossy Stepping Stone, Garden Rune Stone, End Stone Path, Waterfall Rock, Wet Garden Rock, Bubbling Spring, Void Koi, Floating Blossom Pad, Chorus Lily, End Reeds, Glowing Cattails, and Dragonfly Rest.
  • Added floral and household details including Fallen Blossom Carpet, Blossom Flower Box, Flowering Chorus Shrub, Miniature Hollow Chorus, Duscap Mushroom Stool, Hanging Chorus Lantern, Chorus Wind Chime, and Violet Lattice Window.
  • Writable Hollow Chorus signs and hanging signs use dedicated wood textures and silhouettes.
  • Hollow Chorus carpentry pieces and End garden stones are available through organized stonecutter catalogs, while thematic crafting recipes cover flora and standalone decorations.

New Creatures and Encounters

  • Wreckfin Squid — a rare surface-water predator that hunts occupied boats, charges them, and can wreck the vessel without directly attacking its rider. It respects the mob-griefing rule.
  • The Gilded Girthling — a rare daytime Overworld encounter centered on an overturned traveler, a dangerous shovel decision, a hidden feeding rescue, bespoke dialogue, and uniquely named enchanted armor keepsakes.
  • Gravewatch Reclaimer — a rare Overworld contract keeper offering per-player easy, medium, and hard collection contracts in exchange for ores or specially inscribed enchanted books.
  • Cinderbound Broker — a Nether contract keeper found at a selection of ruined portals in both dimensions, offering escalating Nether collection work and increasingly valuable rewards.
  • End Mushling — a breedable Hollow Chorus resident with its own appearance, ambience, particles, loot, and home population.
  • Added spawn eggs for the new creatures and contract characters.

Village Life and Exploration

  • Added Village Residency: sleeping in the same village over multiple nights builds local reputation and earns recognition from its residents.
  • Continued residency strengthens positive villager gossip and trade relationships.
  • A recognized resident who defends the village from a raid can receive the Heart of the City; carrying it grants Hero of the Village V.
  • Added reusable Hunter's Chalk in six colors for placing private, named physical marks and distant waypoint indicators on sturdy surfaces.
  • Chalk waypoints support renaming, removal, configurable visibility, opacity, scale, distance, and per-player limits.
  • Added supernatural encounter trails that can reveal nearby discoveries and mark their completion.
  • Added the Cursed Crow, a reusable ten-life guardian familiar that fights for ten seconds when summoned. Offering kills through a Cursed Pedestal restores its lives.
  • Gobblings now hide special digestion discoveries, including Cursed Sword transmutation into Dungbane, Bread into Dung Bread, occasional Golden Carrots, and periodic Iron Ore.

Fae Storage Network

  • Added the Fae CoreInventory Relay, Bound Fae, Cursed Jar, and Resonance Card.
  • Capture one of six small Fae varieties in a Cursed Jar, bind it into a powered Core, and attune a Resonance Card to that network.
  • A Core supports up to four nearby Relays and eight connected inventories while leaving every item inside its original container.
  • Relays connect adjacent storage, borrow power from the Core, and display bronze-and-crystal conduits toward their network.
  • The Core interface provides a continuous six-row inventory browser, item-name and registry-ID search, mouse-wheel and scrollbar navigation, and an integrated 3×3 crafting table.
  • Optional JEI integration can pull crafting ingredients from all connected storage, including items outside the visible rows.
  • Double chests prioritize the half touching the Relay, and the network never sorts inventories or inflates stack sizes.

Cursed Machines and Automation

  • Added the Cursed Sawmill, converting logs into planks with Cursed Carbon while animating its working saw.
  • Added the Cursed Grinder, processing ores with Fortune III-style loot and turning raw iron, copper, or gold into two matching Raw Dust.
  • Added the Cursed Furnace, accepting vanilla, datapack, and compatible modded smelting recipes plus the new Raw Dust conversions.
  • Added the water-filled Soak Basin for turning leather and worn leather equipment into Soggy Leather.
  • Expanded the Bottler o' Factory to store experience and convert glass into Bottles o' Enchanting; the Mob Killing Machine can route collected experience into it.
  • Added dedicated interfaces and live progress displays for the Soak Basin and cursed processors.
  • Directional machines orient when placed and expose NeoForge item-transfer capabilities for vanilla hoppers and compatible modded pipes.
  • Machine inputs accept their intended materials, output sides support extraction, and automation preserves each machine's normal processing rules.

Cursed Trap

  • Added an early-game method of extracting Cursed Carbon from hostile creatures.
  • Build a 3×3 trap using one controller and eight Cursed Trap Extenders, then stock its nine bait slots with Monster Bait.
  • The trap lures nearby non-boss monsters, handles up to three at once, and sears each victim over repeated contacts.
  • Each extraction requires a randomized set of distinct creatures and deposits the resulting Cursed Carbon into a separate nine-slot output row.
  • The interface displays bait state, active occupancy, victim progress, and extraction percentage.

Swarmblossom Colossus

  • Expanded the Swarmblossom Colossus into a fully animated boss presentation with an active boss bar, a focused 30-block engagement range, and richer combat movement.
  • Bee reinforcements are managed as one living swarm at a time, keeping the encounter readable while preserving its hive identity.
  • The Viridian Hive Staff releases four short-lived swarm bees, while the full Viridian Hive armor set accelerates nearby crop growth.

Guide, Crafting, and Presentation

  • Rebuilt the Ghostworks Guide around a compact Home → Category → Article flow.
  • Added full-width scrollable articles, keyword search, bookmarks, Continue Reading, reading progress, previous/next navigation, and a separate Lore Archive.
  • Reorganized the Ghostworks creative inventory into clear groups for machines, components, nature, Fae tools, materials, lore, equipment, food, and spawn eggs.
  • Added new interfaces, item art, block models, particles, ambient details, and animation work across the Corgi Hollow, End content, storage network, machines, and encounters.
  • Added a broad collection of new crafting and stonecutting recipes for the Hollow Chorus construction set, End gardens, machines, storage components, and utilities.

Requirements

  • JEI is optional
  • Requires Minecraft 26.1.2
  • NeoForge 26.1.2.95 or newer for Minecraft 26.1.2
  • TerraBlender is bundled with Ghostworks

Existing Ghostworks worlds remain supported. New terrain and natural encounters appear in newly explored areas unless their feature specifically supports existing locations.
