Initial Ghostworks release.

Added:
- Mob Killing Machine with sword-based attacks, diamond fuel, redstone control, speed card support, and visible attack-area toggle.
- Bottler o' Factory for storing mob-farm XP and converting XP plus glass into Bottles o' Enchanting.
- Drop Collector that attaches near the mob killer and stores nearby item drops.
- Cursed machinery progression, including Cursed Incinerator, Cursed Diamond Press, Cursed Evaporator, Cursed Quarry, Cursed Forge, and Cursed Pedestal.
- Cursed and holy tools, armor, bows, arrows, and special materials.
- Custom hostile and friendly creatures with themed drops and spawn eggs.
- Ghostworks Guide item and advancement path.
