Eggs hatch chickens

Ever wondered why chickens lay eggs but they never hatch?

Wellll, this introduces a nice fix for that problem. When the eggs despawn they have a chance to hatch a baby chicken!

The chance is configurable in the config.

Thats all the mod does.
