Description
Every boss bar gets a frame of its own, and it comes alive when you fight.

- Wither: a cracked obsidian frame with three skulls; one goes dark for each third of health lost. At half health the bar puts on its ice armour, just like the Wither does.
- Ender Dragon: purple flames and wings, and one gem for each End crystal still standing. Break a crystal, lose a gem.
- Raids: a dark oak frame with the ominous banner on both ends.
- Modded bosses get a themed frame picked from the boss's name, or from the bar's colour when the name gives no hint. There are eight themes, each with its own crest: a snowflake for ice (Frostmaw), a phoenix for fire (Ignis), a tree for nature, an eye for arcane, a rising sun, a crystal cluster, a horned skull for bone and a knight's helm for iron (Ferrous Wroughtnaut). Each one has its own falling snow, embers, leaves or sparks. When several bosses are up at once, the bars shrink together so they never cover your crosshair.

Every hit shows
- The health just lost stays as a pale trail that drains a moment later.
- Hard hits shake the bar and knock shards off it.
- The frame cracks at 75, 50, 25 and 10 percent.
- A new phase flashes and refills the bar, and when the boss dies its bar shatters.
- The game's Screen Effects slider also calms the shaking and the shards.
Plays well with other mods
- Want a mod's own bar art back? Open Mods > Boss Bars > Config (Mod Menu on Fabric) and pick Their own look. Tested with Goety, Legendary Monsters, Iron's Spells, Bosses of Mass Destruction, L_Ender's Cataclysm and Mowzie's Mobs.
- Nothing is recoloured: no texture of the game or of any mod is touched. Everything is drawn by code.
- If you use another mod that redraws boss bars, pick one of the two.
Client-side
Nothing to install on the server. Works on any server, in single player and on Realms.
