Cut down whole trees without slowly breaking every log.

Tree Capitator Lite automatically fells the connected trunk after you break one log with an axe by default. Open /treecap or /tc to allow any item or your empty hand for your own player. It keeps the experience lightweight and close to vanilla: tools lose durability, Unbreaking is respected, leaves decay naturally, and sneaking lets you chop individual blocks whenever you need precise control.

Features

• Whole-tree chopping — break one log with an axe to fell up to 64 connected logs of the same wood family.
• Build protection — matching leaves or Nether wart blocks must be nearby, helping prevent accidental destruction of log-only structures.
• Tool wear — additional logs consume tool durability, with Unbreaking support. Swords use two durability points per extra log; other items with durability use one. Unbreakable items are respected.
• Precision override — sneak while chopping to break only the selected block.
• Broad tree support — works with oak, spruce, birch, jungle, acacia, dark oak, mangrove, cherry, pale oak, crimson, and warped trees, including stripped variants.
• Natural leaf decay — only logs are removed; leaves and their drops continue to use normal Minecraft behavior.
• Personal DDUI settings — every player can choose axes only or any item and empty hand. Settings save automatically and persist after reconnecting. No operator permissions or cheats are needed.
• Lightweight — no recurring world scans or custom items; the included Resource Pack provides English and Russian menu text.

How to use

1. Import the .mcaddon file into Minecraft Bedrock.
2. Activate both the Tree Capitator Lite Behavior Pack and Resource Pack for your world.
3. Break a tree log with an axe while standing normally.
4. Open /treecap or /tc to choose Axes only (default) or Any item or empty hand. Your choice applies only to you in this world and saves automatically.
5. Sneak while chopping whenever you want normal single-block breaking in either mode.

Notes

• The add-on searches upward from the chopped block and removes no more than 64 logs per tree.
• Extremely large trees whose canopy is beyond the search limit may be left unchanged as a safety measure.
• Wooden structures without nearby matching leaves are not treated as trees.
• Creative mode removes the connected logs without spawning drops or damaging the held item.
• Empty hands and items without durability can fell trees without a tool cost when the any-item mode is enabled.
• Nearby decorative leaves can also satisfy the canopy check. Sneak when working on wooden builds near trees.
• No experimental toggles are required.

Requirements

• Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.26.50 or newer
