Allows Dogs to operate and own firearms in Minecraft, make sure not to "accidentally" punch them.
Currently adds Lightning armor and tools. + 7 Enchants for them and 3 Active abilities and 2 Passive abilities
Adds a lot of random things such as the acid gun and couch.
