Underloot
EPGP loot management for World of Warcraft Classic Era: shared standings, fixed-price MS/OS bidding, raid EP bonuses and a public audit trail.
Features
- Standings: sortable EP, GP and priority (EP / GP) with class colours, visible to every roster member.
- Authority tools: add/remove members, manual EP/GP adjustments and roster-wide decay.
- Raids: start a raid from your current group with on-time and completion EP bonuses.
- Bidding: bid on a whole boss's loot at once. Players choose MS / OS / Pass per item at fixed prices against a short timer. Bids are ranked by MS first, then by priority.
- GP prices: set MS/OS prices per item, per equipment slot or as a default.
- Audit and history: every change is logged, with a searchable history of past raids, loot and bids.
- Peer-to-peer sync: members pass updates to each other, so everyone stays current even when no authority is online.
- CLM migration: import your current standings and GP prices from ClassicLootManager.
Getting started
- The person who will own the roster runs
/underloot create <name>. - They invite players with
/underloot invite <Name>, orinvite raid/invite guildfor everyone online. Each player accepts a prompt showing the roster's name and ID. - The owner adds other authorities with
/underloot authority add <Name>. The player must be online with Underloot installed. - Authorities add members to the EP roster in Admin (or
/underloot addmember) and run raids.

Running a raid
- Make sure everyone in the raid is on the EP roster (Admin).
- Set GP prices in Raids > GP prices.
- Under Raid & bidding, name the raid, set the bonuses (20 EP each by default) and click Start.
- Loot the boss and click Add loot window to queue everything it dropped. You can also Alt-click items or paste links.
- Click Open bidding. Everyone gets one window listing every item with MS / OS / Pass buttons. The timer defaults to 15 seconds, with raid warnings at 10, 3, 2 and 1, and bidding closes automatically.
- Click Award all top bids, or select an item and a bid to award it yourself. Ties and overrides need a reason.
- If you're master looter with the corpse open, items go straight to the winners. If you looted an item yourself, it's placed in the trade window when the winner trades you.
- Finish raid to award the completion bonus to everyone still in the group.
Starting, awarding and finishing are announced as raid warnings when you're raid leader or assistant, and in raid chat otherwise. Handovers by master loot or trade are recorded automatically.
Authorities and security
- The owner (the roster's creator unless handed over) decides who the authorities are. Authorities make every other change.
- Each authority's client signs its changes with a private key. Every member checks the signature before accepting a change, so members can relay data but nobody can forge or alter it.
- A roster is identified by its ID (shown on invites and in
/underloot status), not its name. Only accept invites whose ID you expect. - If two authorities make conflicting changes, members follow the version containing the owner's latest change. The authorities are told to sort it out with
/underloot resolve.
Good to know
- Back up your WTF folder. Keys live in
WTF/Account/<account>/SavedVariables/Underloot.lua. If the owner loses that file, nobody can change the authority list again. Consider handing ownership to a second authority you trust. - Everyone who wants updates or to bid needs Underloot installed and must have accepted an invite.
- Updates travel over a hidden chat channel for the roster, plus guild, raid and whisper messages. They're paced to stay within WoW's addon-message limits, so a long history can take a while to reach someone new.
- The CLM import brings over current standings and prices only, not CLM's raid or audit history. You can disable CLM afterwards.
