Spoken German

Meta package: installs Spoken Player with every German voice pack, quests, gossip, zones and books. Install through the CurseForge app.

Install this and everything is voiced in German. It holds no audio and no code — it is a few kilobytes that names Spoken Player and every German sound pack as a dependency, so your addon manager fetches the lot.
What it installs
Spoken Player, which carries Spoken Quests, Spoken Zones and Spoken Books inside it, and the German voice packs:

The quest dialogue comes as three packs, one per faction plus the quests both sides share, and this installs all of them: it does not know which side you play. Remove the other faction's pack afterwards if you want the disk space back.
Language
Spoken speaks in your client's language by default. To hear German on another client, pick it under Voice Language on Spoken's settings page; Fallback Language decides what plays for a line the German packs do not hold.
English has its own set: Spoken Everything.
