Install this and everything is voiced in Korean. It holds no audio and no code — it is a few kilobytes that names Spoken Player and every Korean sound pack as a dependency, so your addon manager fetches the lot.
What it installs
Spoken Player, which carries Spoken Quests, Spoken Zones and Spoken Books inside it, and the Korean voice packs:

Language
Spoken speaks in your client's language by default. To hear Korean on another client, pick it under Voice Language on Spoken's settings page; Fallback Language decides what plays for a line the Korean packs do not hold.
English has its own set: Spoken Everything.
