Install this and everything is voiced. It holds no audio and no code — it is a few kilobytes that names Spoken Player and every English sound pack as a dependency, so your addon manager fetches the lot.
What it installs
Spoken Player, which since 3.0.0 carries Spoken Quests, Spoken Zones and Spoken Books inside it, and the English voice pack for each:
