Web app: raidify.app
Raidify is a three‑part system: the web app for planning, the Discord bot for sign‑ups, and the WoW addon for in‑game execution.
Players sign up in Discord or on the web, organizers approve and build groups in the web app, then the addon imports that plan so you can invite and organize the raid in‑game in minutes.
After the raid, export attendance back to the web app to keep your roster and reliability history up to date.
Web App Companion Features
Raidify works best with the raidify.app web application:
- Import Roster — Copy an export string from the web app to load your raid roster in‑game
- Import Groups — Pull group layouts from the web group planner
- Invite All — Invite everyone from your imported roster
- Auto‑Organize — Move players into their planned groups
- Attendance Tracking — Track attendance in‑game and export to the web app

Whisper Commands
Players can whisper the raid leader:
!assign — Their personal assignments !tanks — Tank assignments !healers — Healer assignments !cc — Crowd control assignments
Minimap Button
- Left-click — Toggle main window
- Shift+Left-click — Toggle dashboard
- Drag — Reposition
Roster & Invites
The roster view shows invite status (not online status):
- ✅ Check — Invite accepted
- ❓ Question — Invite pending
- ❌ X — Invite failed (offline or name mismatch)
Use Invite All in the main window or dashboard to invite your full roster.
Raid Leader Dashboard
A compact floating panel for raid leaders:
- Toggle with
/raidify dashboard or Shift+Left-click the minimap button
- Draggable, position saved between sessions
- Collapsible sections (Assignments, Attendance, Organization)
- Quick announce buttons

Attendance Tracking (Optional)
- Use Start Tracking / End Tracking to capture attendance in‑game
- Export attendance with
/raidify attendance
- Import the export string into the web app to save attendance history
Sync System
- Assignments sync automatically between officers using Raidify
- Use
/raidify sync to request a full sync
- Configurable via Options (enable/disable, sounds, notifications)
