Quick Crafting Orders (QCO) brings crafting orders, reagent requirements and shopping preparations into one clear overview. Review available orders at your profession table, see what is missing, and work through a guided Start → Create → Complete workflow.

Designed for World of Warcraft Retail, QCO helps you make informed crafting decisions while keeping each order action under your control.

Find the Orders Worth Your Attention

Open the appropriate profession at its matching crafting table, then use Refresh to scan. Enable automatic scanning if you want QCO to refresh in supported table contexts; it is a separate option from automatically opening the QCO window.

The overview combines supported order types and highlights missing reagents, unlearned recipes, quality or skill requirements, Concentration and other reported blockers. Reward filters, sorting and status-display options help you focus on the orders you want to handle.

Use the Expansion selector to switch between Midnight and Khaz Algar branches available for your profession. Switching starts a new scan for that branch while preserving your Shopping List. Dragonflight and older branches are not current scan targets.

QCO works with Blizzard's asynchronous responses. Incomplete or failed scans are not presented as guaranteed complete results. Available Patron/NPC order counts depend on the character and current client data; there is no fixed expected number.

Start. Create. Complete.

For an available order with the required materials and prerequisites, the normal flow is three right-clicks on its QCO row. Wait for each step to finish before continuing:

1. Start: select and claim the order, preparing its Blizzard order view.
2. Create: apply the configured preparation preferences and request the craft.
3. Complete: finish the fulfilled order after Blizzard confirms it is ready.

The row shows pending and active workflow states while QCO checks the matching order and Blizzard UI context. Crafting actions require a confirmed matching table and are blocked during combat lockdown.

QCO can handle a matching own-reagent confirmation associated with the current Create action. Unknown or ambiguous dialogs remain manual. Server delays, unavailable orders and protected actions can require extra attention or clicks. QCO does not provide unattended crafting or bypass Blizzard's restrictions.

Understand Your Materials and Quality

Order details distinguish what the customer or Patron supplies from what you provide. Review missing reagents for the selected order and the combined reagent summaries before shopping.

Counts use available client data for bags, bank, reagent bank and Warband/account bank. Overlapping totals are not simply added together. A reported bank count does not grant remote access or guarantee that every counted item is usable for every order.

Choose whether QCO should prefer best-quality reagents and use Concentration. Personal and Guild orders can have separate overrides. Blizzard's recipe and order checks remain authoritative.

These are preparation preferences, not a cheapest-craft or minimum-sufficient-quality optimizer. QCO does not calculate profit or replace a full crafting simulation tool.

From Missing Reagents to a Shopping List

Add missing materials from selected or scanned orders to a separate Shopping List. Its Item, Need, Have and Missing columns keep requirements and progress together.

• Track reservations associated with more than one order.
• Retain procurement progress when adding the same order again.
• Update progress from inventory changes and supported Auction House purchase observations.
• Scroll long lists and resize the shopping window.
• Choose automatic removal of completed entries and automatic closing independently.
• Use Clear Completed or Clear All when you want to remove entries yourself.

Reservations are not a complete shared-stock batch planner across all individually craftable orders. Review your materials again when preparing several orders that draw from the same stock.

Auction House Searches and Exports

At an open Auction House, search a single shopping row or step through the missing-item queue. Searches prefer Blizzard's native controls and respect their current filters and sorting. Each search is player-directed; QCO does not buy items automatically.

Copy your Shopping List, print it to your configured chat destination, or use /qco auctionator to open plain item-name text for manual use with Auctionator. Auctionator is optional: this is a text export, not automatic import, purchasing or direct Auctionator API control.

For eligible player orders, QCO can also prepare missing-reagent information for an explicitly requested customer whisper. Patron/NPC orders are not treated as whisper recipients.

Make QCO Fit Your Interface

Use the minimap button or /qco to open the main window. Settings cover order details, reward filters, status colors, problem-order highlights, individual tooltip categories, shopping behavior and workflow chat messages.

Table auto-open and Auto Scan are independent. New settings enable table auto-open, while automatic order scanning is initially off. Existing saved choices are retained.

QCO keeps order handling separate from explicitly selected Milling/Prospecting material-preparation contexts. It does not add a separate milling or prospecting automation feature.

Getting Started

1. Install the complete QuickCraftingOrders folder into your client's Interface/AddOns folder. The TOC must be directly inside that folder, without an extra project or version folder.
2. Enable the addon and open a supported crafting profession at its matching table.
3. Open QCO, select the appropriate expansion branch and choose Refresh.
4. Inspect an order. Add missing materials to your Shopping List if needed.
5. Return to the matching table and use the guided right-click workflow when the order is ready.

No other addon or external development tool is required. Keep a backup of your addon and settings before updating; routine updates do not require a SavedVariables reset.

• /qco version - Show the installed addon version for support.

Use with care: /qco clear clears the Shopping List. /qco reset resets QCO's character data; it is not the window-position reset command.

Compatibility and Scope

QCO is designed exclusively for World of Warcraft Retail. Its current crafting-order scan targets are the Midnight and Khaz Algar profession branches. Features depend on the crafting-order system and APIs available in the current Retail client.

QCO focuses on crafting-order preparation and execution. It does not provide unattended crafting or purchases, a price database, profit calculations, a complete multi-order stock optimizer, or automatic Milling/Prospecting.

Available bank stock, quality and Concentration behavior, protected UI actions and interactions with other addons depend on the actual client. When information is missing or an action is blocked, check the displayed reason and Blizzard's order view.

Debug and Feedback

If something goes wrong, use /qco debugcopy while the relevant order and context are still available. Reports can include workflow state, order details, scan information, reagent counts, Shopping List snapshots and settings.

A useful report includes:

• Your addon version and actual WoW Retail client build.
• Your profession, expansion branch and order type.
• The steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected and what actually happened.
• The relevant Lua error, diagnostic excerpt or screenshot.
• Whether the issue also occurs with only QCO enabled.
