Macro Master

Unlimited macros outside Blizzard's macro slots. You can bind them to any key, auto-assign free key combos, turn your heals into mouseover casts with one click, and share your setup with an import string.

Blizzard's macro window holds only 120 account macros and 18 per character, and every macro has to sit on an action bar before you can press it. Macro Master removes both limits. Your macros live inside the addon and bind straight to keys, so your bars stay clean and you never run out of slots.

Never run out of macro slots

Make as many macros as you like. They don't touch your Blizzard macro slots at all, so your existing macros stay exactly as they are.

Bind macros to keys, no action bar needed

Each macro has a name, a text editor and a keybind. Click the bind button and press any key, modifier combo, mouse button or the scroll wheel. The macro fires on that key with no action button required.

Your real keybinds stay safe

Macro Master uses override bindings, so it never changes your saved keybinds. If a key you pick is already bound, the editor tells you what it overrides. Clear it and your original binding comes back.

Turn your heals into mouseover casts with one click

This one is for healers. Click Convert my heals to mouseover and every helpful spell you know becomes a /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][] macro. Each macro takes over the key that spell already uses on your action bar. Nothing changes about what you press, but the spell now lands on whoever is under your mouse, or on your target when nothing is. There's no retyping and no rebinding, so you can start mouseover healing right away.

• Choose @mouseover or @focus, fall back to your target or to yourself, and show helpful, harmful or all spells.
• Spells that work both ways (like Holy Shock and Penance) and resurrection spells get the right conditions automatically.

Create focus and target macros in seconds

One click creates /focus or /target macros for raid1 up to raid40 (you pick the count), party1–4 and yourself. You don't have to write 40-plus macros by hand.

Auto-bind every macro to a key nothing else uses

Tick the modifier combos you like (Ctrl, Alt, Ctrl+Shift, Alt+Ctrl and so on) and the key groups you want (number row, F-keys, numpad, navigation keys, letters, mouse buttons and more). Macro Master checks your current bindings and gives each macro a combination that nothing else uses.

• It skips risky combos like Alt+F4 and Shift+numpad.
• It can optionally reuse keys sitting on empty action buttons.

Share and move your setup

Export your macros as a text string to copy into Discord, a guide or another character.

• Without keybinds: the macros get free keys on whoever imports them, picked to avoid anything their game already uses.
• With keybinds: the keys are kept only when they're free there, unless you choose to override.

One switch for everything

Turn every Macro Master macro and keybind off or on instantly: Shift-click the minimap icon, use the checkbox in the window, or type /mm toggle. While it's off, your normal keybinds work again, and your macros and their keys are kept for when you switch it back on.
