Loreforge
Group and guild trivia.
You are not prepared. For question seven.
Questions, bugs or ideas? Come say hi on the Consecrated Hammer Discord. Bug reports go in #bug-reports, or you can open a GitHub issue.
Loreforge lets you host a trivia game in party, raid, instance or guild chat.
Only the host needs the addon: everyone else answers 1 to 4 in chat, and
Loreforge keeps the score. Supports Retail and WoW Forever.
What it does
- Posts each question and its four numbered answers to the chat you choose.
- Locks each player's first answer, scores the round and calls out streaks.
- Lets you pick categories and difficulty, from lore and geography to boss quotes, murlocs and dubious goblin engineering.
- Runs host-paced or auto-advancing games, with an optional ready check and countdown before the first question.
- Keeps local records of games, wins and best streaks, and can announce them at the end.
- Lets you join in as a player, or test a game on your own before inviting anyone.
Getting started
Type /lf (or /loreforge) to open the host screen. Choose the chat, game
length, answer time and categories, then click Start game. Questions and
results post automatically; in host-paced mode, click Ask next question
when everyone's ready.
Questions go to public group or guild chat, and nothing posts during combat. If the game won't let Loreforge send a message, it pauses and lets you send the line with a click instead.
