Leveldon: Leveling Guide

Leveldon is a leveling guide made for World of Warcraft: Forever. It walks you through the fastest route for your race and class, step by step: quests, flight points, hearthstone, trainers, vendors and professions, with Questdon's compass pointing the way.

Beta: Some quests might be to difficult for some classes. skip them write with a comment. write a note if something is not right. This version has the routes for levels 1 to 30. Levels 30 to 60 follow. Texts in English and German. Needs Questdon 1.3.6 or newer.

Quick start

Install Leveldon and Questdon, log in, done. Leveldon loads the route of your race and class, starts at the chapter that fits your level and shows the step you are on. Pick your professions when it asks, or none. /lvd shows or hides the window.

Key features

• A route for every race and class: planned for Forever's quests, with the shortest ways between them, from level 1 to 30.
• Chapter path: the zone you are in, your level range and progress, the step you are on in large letters and the next steps below.
• Compass in the window: Questdon's compass points at the target of the current step, the objectives show as small blocks. Where a mountain is in the way, dots on the minimap show the way around.
• Speedrun line: your time on the route against the planned time, with your level-ups.
• Trainers and vendors when it is worth it: arriving at a town, your class trainer becomes a step when you have new skills, and the vendor when you carry grey loot, your bags are full or your gear is worn.
• Markers above the NPC: a colored needle shows whom you need next: take a quest, turn in, trainer, vendor, flight master or innkeeper, and named mobs.
• Professions: choose up to two primary professions and the secondary ones. Leveldon puts learning, tools and the first skill points into the route.
• Dungeons, if you like: /lvd dungeons on plans the dungeons that fit with their quests.
• Read the whole quest: Shift-click a step for its full text, objectives and rewards.
• Your window: drag the corner for its size, Ctrl + mouse wheel for the text size, Shift + mouse wheel for the background down to fully transparent. With Questdon's quest list open, it docks right below.
• Better routes together: report a step with one click. Leveldon shares how long steps take and which ones get skipped with other Leveldon players, numbers only, never names or your notes. /lvd export gives you a text to paste into a comment here.

FAQ

Why does it need Questdon? Leveldon uses Questdon's quest data, compass and quest windows. Install both; the CurseForge app does that for you.

What happens at level 30? The beta ends there. The routes from 30 to 60 come in a later version.

I don't see the markers above NPCs. They need the nameplates of friendly NPCs. Switch them on in the game's interface options under names.

A quest giver is not where the route says? Click the report button in the title bar. Your report helps fix the route for everyone.

What does sharing send? How long route steps take, which ones get skipped and the reason of a report, as numbers. No names, no notes. You can turn it off with /lvd share off.
