• Clean countdown with a live +1 / +2 / +3 cutoff gauge — see at a glance which upgrade you're on pace for and exactly how long until the next tier slips.
• Count down, count up, or both, with optional tenths of a second in the final stretch.
• Sound and color warnings as you approach the cutoffs.

• It learns from your own runs: your first run sets a baseline, and the estimate sharpens as your history builds — and it tells you honestly when it's still calibrating.
• Prefer it simpler? Swap the panel to projected finish, deaths, forces %, or this week's affixes.

👻 Pace Racing (Ghost Bar)

• Race a live ghost of your own best run for this dungeon and key level.
• See how many seconds ahead or behind you are, boss by boss.
• Ghost Library keeps your recent runs and imported rivals — race, share, or remove any of them in one click.
• Import & export ghost codes — share a run as a copy-paste code so anyone can race a friend's PB or an MDI team's time. No addon comms required.

🧠 Smart Coach & Run Breakdown

When a key ends, KeyPilot breaks it down:

• Per-boss splits vs your best, your last run vs best ever, a full run timeline, and your party roster.
• A coach that compares each run to your own history — deaths vs your usual in that dungeon, late-run fade, recurring weak spots, improvement trends — and tells you when you're ready to push the key level.
• A season log keeps every completed run (/kp stats for your timed % and highest key), with new-best celebrations and streak toasts.

📊 Score Intelligence Hub

• Per-dungeon scoreboard sorted weakest-first — your biggest rating opportunities.
• A single "run this next" recommendation for the most rating gain.
