Description

*This is in development still so expect bugs/UI looking weird but as time goes on it will be alot better*
I got tired of guild addons that still look like they're from 2012, so I built one that doesn't. GuildPilot is a full guild manager made from scratch for Midnight — roster, history, alts, attendance, the lot — with a UI that actually looks like something from this decade.
Type /gp. to access the addon or by pressing the addon icon by the map

What you get:
- A clean, sortable roster that colors people by class and floats your online members to the top. Search, filter by mains/alts/inactive, click anyone for their full record.
- Profiles with join date, rank history, alts, notes and attendance — and they pop up right on Blizzard's own guild window, so you don't even have to open GuildPilot to use it.
- An Overview tab that tells you how the guild is actually doing: activity, growth, class spread, joins vs leaves week by week.
- An Officers tab that's a real command center — rank breakdown, who's overdue for a promotion, recent activity, new recruits, and a promote/demote/kick queue.
- Raid attendance that just runs itself. No sign-up sheets, no setup — it watches who's in the raid and keeps score. Green shows up, red doesn't.
- A ban list that actually warns you when a banned player quietly rejoins.
- One notification bell for everything worth knowing — birthdays, guild anniversaries, trials due, people slipping off the radar.
The stuff Midnight broke, and how this handles it:
Blizzard locked a lot of guild functions away from addons this expansion, so I'm not going to pretend otherwise. Promoting, demoting and kicking now go through a one-press macro GuildPilot builds for you — it's the only way left. Guild notes and the MOTD can't be written by addons anymore either, so GuildPilot keeps its own notes instead. None of that's a bug, it's just the new rules.
Sync:
Notes, bans, alt links, join dates and birthdays sync to everyone else in the guild running GuildPilot. Newest edit wins, the GM can lock writing to officers, and there's a backup/restore button for when things go sideways. It's the newest piece, so if you're rolling it out to a big guild, give it a week to settle in.
Coming from GRM? There's an importer for your old join dates.
Bug reports and ideas welcome. Enjoy.
