I got tired of juggling a timer addon, a score website, and a spreadsheet for Mythic+, so I built one addon that does the whole job: timer, pace racing, a coach that learns from your runs, score planning, and a full career journal of every key you finish.

The timer
Big clean countdown with the +1/+2/+3 cutoffs on a single bar, so you always know which upgrade you're on pace for and how long until it slips. Count down, up, or both, with tenths in the final stretch if you want them. Sound and color warnings near cutoffs. It reads each dungeon's real time limit, and it can hide Blizzard's own tracker so you're not running two timers.

During the run:
The middle panel is swappable — just click it. Pace vs your best, projected finish, deaths, forces %, this week's affixes, or the timing predictor, which gives live odds like "82% to time · +2 54%" learned from your own history. On your first run somewhere it says it's still calibrating instead of making numbers up.

The ghost bar races you against your best run for that exact dungeon and key level, boss by boss. Runs can be exported as text codes so a friend can race your PB (no addon comms needed), and a Ghost Library keeps your recent runs and imported rivals ready to race.

And when a boss stretch is your fastest ever: GOLD SPLIT toast, right there mid-run.

After the run:
A breakdown pops with per-boss splits vs your best, this run vs your last one and your record, the party roster, a timeline, and coach notes that compare the run to your own history — deaths vs your usual there, whether you faded late, and when you're ready to push a level higher.

Career (new in 1.6) Every completed key is journaled forever. /kp career opens four tabs:

Runs — the full archive. Click any run for its whole story: splits with forces % and deaths per stretch, who you ran with (and their ratings), the coach's verdict at the time, a kill/death timeline, and a forces-pace curve.
Records — gold splits per dungeon, a sum-of-best time, your longest streaks, and a badge wall to fill out.
Seasons — rating curve, activity chart, weekday split, month filter. When a new season starts, the old one stays browsable.
Dungeons — a mastery board: every dungeon on one screen, with pips lighting up for each key level you've timed.

Score hub:
A per-dungeon board sorted weakest-first with one clear "run this next" pick — weighted by how likely you are to actually time it, not just raw gain. It spots bests that were over the timer and tells you to re-time them, tracks milestones and vault progress, shows your alts, and counts your session ("today: +36").

Guides:
Boss and trash notes for the season's dungeons (the Season 2 pool is already in), role fundamentals with a beginner mode that explains the why, and your class's interrupt, CC and defensives pulled live from what you actually know.

Looks and quality of life:

14 accent themes that recolor the whole addon live, a bundled clean font, compact mode, full scaling, and everything is movable and remembers its position. ESC closes panels like it should. First-time setup takes one click if you just want the recommended layout. The addon catches its own errors (/kp errors gives you a report to paste) and /kp backup exports all your data as a single string.
