Ishkor's Bag Brain

What should I do with this item? Bag Brain answers that for everything in your bags: Keep, Mail to one of your alts, sell on the AH, or Vendor. Clear your bags in one click, send gear to the alt who can use it, and see every character's bags and bank. Made for World of Warcraft: Forever.

Open the options with /bagbrain.

Features

A verdict on every item

• Small icons in the corner of your bag items: silver coin = vendor, gold = sell on the AH, letter = mail to an alt, green arrow = upgrade.
• Works in Blizzard's bags, EllesmereUI Bags, Bagnon, Combuctor and Baganator.
• Tooltips stay clean: one line, and only when it tells you something your other addons don't (which alt needs it, your own marks, profession materials). Hold Shift for the full verdict, the sell value and who else has the item.

Gear for your alts

• BoE gear you don't need says which of your characters it suits: "Mail to: Ishkor Tv (Shaman, A for Restoration)".
• Checks their class, armor type, level and how well the stats suit their specs. Set pieces go to the class they're made for.
• Needs Ishkor's BiS Gear Grader (free). Without it, Bag Brain still works, but never sells gear.

Clear your bags

• Sell button at every vendor: sells everything marked Vendor in one click. It asks first when gear is included, and you can buy anything back from the Buyback tab.
• Delete junk button by your bags: frees bag space anywhere, one stack per click, cheapest first. Grey items, and items you marked Junk (those need a second click).
• Never sells or deletes: blue or better gear, your upgrades and BiS (for any of your specs), quest items, profession tools, trinkets, bags or items with a "Use:" effect, unless you mark them Junk yourself.

Mail to your alts

• Materials your alts' professions use (learned from their recipes) get Mail to <alt>.
• Mail button at the mailbox: fills in the alt and attaches the items. You press Send.

Your own marks

• Hover any item and press your Mark key: Keep, Junk, AH, or Mail to one of your characters.
• Remembered for every copy of that item, on all your characters, until you remove it.
• /bagbrain marks lists every mark with a Remove button.

All your characters

• The Alts button at the bank shows any character's bags and bank, with a search across all of them ("linen" shows how many each character has).
• An envelope marks an alt's items that your own professions use.

Commands

• /bagbrain: options
• /bagbrain alts: your characters' bags and banks
• /bagbrain marks: your marked items
• /bagbrain keep | junk | ah <item> and /bagbrain mail <item> <name>: mark an item (Shift+click it into chat)
• /bagbrain auto <item>: remove a mark
• /bagbrain sell: what the Sell button would sell
• /bagbrain delete: delete your cheapest junk stack
• /bagbrain status: what Bag Brain sees (linked addons, your bags)
• /ibb works everywhere /bagbrain does.

Key bindings (Esc > Options > Keybindings > AddOns): Mark the item under the mouse, Delete the cheapest junk, Show your characters' bags and banks.

Good to know

• Log in on each alt once so Bag Brain knows them, and visit a banker on them to save their bank.
• AH verdicts use Auctionator's prices. Without a price addon, Bag Brain never guesses prices.
• Works with Forever's character names (first name and surname).

Works great with

• Ishkor's BiS Gear Grader: S to D grades and your own BiS lists. Bag Brain never sells your upgrades or BiS, and finds the alt your spare gear suits.
