IMODIT_FarmingBar - Add Items in Bank, Guild Bank and AH to the FarmingBars

In addition to the number in your bags, this addon adds the number of items in bank, in your guild bank and the number of posted items on the AH to the bars of FarmingBar (currently simple ItemIDs, no currency or mixed items).

The numbers are updated every time you visit your banks or open the auction house interface.

Items in guild bank or auction house not updated in the current session are printed in red.
