• Replaced full scans every two seconds with event-driven updates, a temporary per-frame handler only while an update is pending, and a slow watchdog for missed events.
• Ignore unrelated item-cache notifications and combine bursts of relevant events into a single update.
• When full-bags-only is enabled and ordinary bags have room, background checks skip quest requirements, action bars and item prices while still verifying consistent free-slot counts.
• Stop redrawing the settings panel during background updates while it is closed.
• Preserved full checks immediately before Delete or Skip, the post-deletion delay, and retries when data has not finished loading.
