Forever Simple World Map

The battle map is its own addon. The battle map (Shift+M) that was part of this addon from 0.18.0 to 0.21.4 moved, with every feature, to Forever Simple Battle Map, which copies your battle map settings from this addon the first time it loads. Removed here: the battle map window, its settings, /fmap battle and the Toggle the battle map key binding (a key bound to it does nothing now; bind Forever Simple Battle Map's). Without Forever Simple Battle Map, Shift+M opens Blizzard's battle map again. Blizzard's world map and the explorer map are unchanged.
