FishFry-1.3.1-16001.zip
What's new
1.3.1
Cook Fish overhaul
- Rebuilt Cook Fish into a full FishFry workflow instead of a simple fish-in-bags list.
- Added a Current Cook Fish hero showing the recipe currently assigned to the HUD.
- Added richer fish/recipe rows showing:
- raw fish;
- cooked result;
- fish on hand;
- available crafts;
- recipe knowledge;
- Cooking requirements;
- missing ingredients;
- current readiness.
- Added a dedicated Needs Attention section for fish that cannot currently be cooked because of missing recipes, reagents, skill requirements, or unresolved knowledge.
- Added a Fishing Meals section for tracked foods with Fishing-related bonuses.
- Moved the expanded Cook Fish presentation into the dedicated
UI/Cooking.luamodule instead of continuing to grow the historicalUI.lua.
Cooking interaction
- Wired the Cook Fish page into the same two-click Cooking workflow used by the HUD.
- The first player click opens Cooking and prepares/focuses the selected recipe.
- The page then clearly indicates that a second player click is required to cook.
- The prepared action changes to Cook All once the recipe is ready.
- Shift-click on the second-stage Cook action cooks one.
Easy Wiki item navigation
- Added a shared FishFry interaction convention for informational item references:
- hover for the item's tooltip;
- click to open that item directly in Easy Wiki.
- Added click-through Wiki support where it does not conflict with existing actions, including:
- Cook Fish raw fish;
- cooked foods;
- individual Cooking ingredients;
- Fishing Meals;
- Guide item references;
- Guide useful fish, trophy fish, and related item displays;
- Zone Info fish and item references;
- Tackle poles;
- lures;
- consumables;
- detected Fishing gear;
- Fishing goals;
- Fishing Session catches.
- Existing gameplay/action controls keep their original behavior and are not hijacked for Wiki navigation.
- Items without a maintained FishFry knowledge record continue to use Easy Wiki's existing honest unknown-item handling rather than inventing data.
Tooltip improvements
- Cook Fish item icons and individual ingredients now have their own item tooltips.
- Wide Cook Fish explanatory tooltips now use more appropriate placement instead of positioning themselves from the full width of the card.
- Item interactions are now tied more closely to the exact icon or ingredient being hovered.
Card-edge visual consistency
- Standardized FishFry's card-edge treatment across shared UI components.
- Thick semantic left edges now occupy the actual physical card border and span the full card height.
- Left accents now properly cover the top-left and bottom-left border intersections.
- Top and bottom selection/highlight edges now sit directly on the actual card border instead of appearing as inset decorative bars.
- Horizontal edge indicators stop after an active left accent but extend through the normal right border.
- When no left accent is present, top and bottom indicators span the full card width.
Scrollbar visual cleanup
- Reworked scrollbar thumbs across both the modern and legacy FishFry scrollbar implementations.
- Scroll thumbs are now solid filled blocks.
- Removed the inset/internal line treatment from the moving scrollbar thumb.
- Thumb fills now extend cleanly to the scrollbar rail borders for a more consistent GildedVellum appearance.
Cooking quantity correction
- Removed inherited static
craftYieldassumptions that could incorrectly report multiple cooked items per craft. - Cook Fish now reports the actual reagent-limited number of crafts.
- Fixed cases such as Bristle Whisker Catfish where FishFry could incorrectly claim that twice as many cooked items could be produced as the available raw fish supported.
- Removed matching unproven doubled-output assumptions from the HUD and Easy Wiki presentation.
