EmpireManager
One addon to manage every alt, every bag, every bank
Track inventory, route materials, and stay in control of your entire roster
EmpireManager is a World of Warcraft addon built for players who want less busywork and more control. Track inventory and professions across every alt, and automatically route gathered materials to the right bank.
Why EmpireManager
- Profession Storage Routing - Configure once: "Herbs go to Warband Tab 2". Every character routes gathered mats to the right destination automatically.
- Bag Triage - One button opens a categorized view of items you can act on: Route (mail to a banker), Stash (bank it), or Vendor. Mail, deposit, or vendor a category with one click.
- Roster Dashboard - Spreadsheet-style view of your entire roster. Professions, gold, roles, item level - all sortable, all live.
- Storage Capacity - See which banks are filling up before routing starts to break down.
- Out of the Way - EmpireManager stays quiet until you open a bag or bank, so it helps when you need it without feeling heavy.
- Roster Import - Import your full Battle.net roster into EmpireManager via the Blizzard API. Get your characters in one sign-in instead of logging into every alt.
Quickstart - Set up your roster and first routing rules.
What makes EmpireManager different
1. Multi-character first. Other addons show one character at a time; EmpireManager treats the whole roster as one system, with 46+ alts in a single grid.
2. Profession-driven routing. No need to write item-type rules by hand. Items auto-match to professions; users only configure destinations ("Alchemy mats → Warband Tab 2").
3. Cross-character logistics. Triage tells the current character what doesn't belong here and where to send it, with realm-aware mail routing and Warband Bank as cross-realm staging.
4. Light on memory. Stays around 3MB per session, so it won't bog down your client.
5. Lazy trigger. Dormant until a relevant WoW event fires (bank, profession, mailbox, merchant). No per-frame hooks, no background scans.
6. Roles, not tags. Characters get explicit roles (Artisan, Banker, Gatherer, Auctioneer, Lockpicker, Zookeeper, PvPer) that drive routing decisions.
7. No rule = keep. Every non-Keep action traces to one explicit rule. Unreachable destinations collapse back to Keep with a named reason instead of failing silently.
