Calg's Friendly Nameplate Fix

Turn friendly-NPC nameplates off once, and they stay off.

Since the latest WoW Classic Era patch, the friendly NPC nameplates option is forced back on at every login, no matter how many times you untick it. Calg's Friendly Nameplate Fix remembers what you actually want and re-applies it, so the setting behaves the way it always used to.
