BV Addon Suite - Quest Navigation

Click an objective, walk there: every open objective of a quest and its turn-in get a button, and BV Addon Suite - Routing leads you to the place, the way you can really walk. Where a creature or an item is found in many places, you go spot by spot.

Requires: BV Addon Suite - Core, BV Addon Suite - Quest (the buttons), BV Addon Suite - Routing (the way) and Questie (where things are: its quest database).

Turn on BV Quest with /bv quest on.

What it does

• A button beside each open objective in the quest details: "Kill …", "Collect …", "Talk to …", "Explore …"
• A turn-in line in the details: who takes the quest back, and a button that leads you there
• In the tracker: a button in each quest's title row leads to its next open objective, or to the turn-in when the quest is ready; right-click a quest for "Lead me there"
• Spot by spot: spawn points close together become one spot; you start at the nearest one, and clicking again leads you to the next spot of a round through all of them, when the creatures here are killed or the herbs taken
• Items lead to the creatures that drop them or the objects they are found in; to their vendors when nothing drops them
• Dungeons: a boss, an item it drops or a turn-in inside a dungeon leads you to the dungeon's entrance
• The tooltip tells you which spot you are going to ("Spot 3 of 7")
• On to the next step: an objective done, it leads on to the next one, and to the turn-in when the quest is ready
• The round on the maps: all spots on the world map and the minimap, the one you go to large
• Notifications when you reach a spot, finish an objective or the quest; each of these can be switched off

How it works

Quest Navigation reads where creatures, objects and quest givers are from Questie's database (QuestieDB), which comes with Questie; nothing of it is copied into BV Addon Suite. BV Routing then plans the way: flights, zeppelins, ships and the paths through cities included.

Commands

• /bv questnav - tells you whether everything it needs is there, or what is missing
• /bv questnav test - a test quest around you: five spots, a second objective and a turn-in (test next, arrive, done, stop)
