BagSmith provides a spreadsheet style grid when you need it and a more traditional icon view when you don't.

BagSmith solves what many other Bag / Inventory addons don't, understanding what's actually in your bags in an easy and digestible way; instead of squinting at a grid of icons.

Every item gets a row: name, how many, what type, whether it's bound, what it vendors for, which bag it's in, and how long you've had it. Sort by clicking a column. Hide the columns you don't care about and sort them into whatever order makes sense to you. New items are marked with a green pip until you hover over them briefly.

Sections

Group your bags by item type (Gear, Consumables, Trade goods, and so on) or by bag. Collapse the sections you're not using. Drag section headers to reorder them. Keys and your reagent bag can have their own sections, or the reagent bag can pop out into its own little window.

Search & Filters

Type in the search box and the list narrows as you go. A few shortcuts save time: boe and bop for bind status, new for things you just looted, q:rare for a rarity, t:herb for a type, il>20 for item level. The Filter panel adds checkboxes for rarity, category, bind, and bag.

When you've got a search and filters you'll want again, save them as a sheet. It becomes a tab at the bottom of the window.

Bank, Currencies, Reagent Bags, Keys & Alts Supported

Visit a banker and a Bank window opens next to your bags (optional). It has the same sorting and sections, plus a row of bank bag slots where you can place bags and buy new slots. Away from the bank, the Bank tab shows what was there last time you visited.

Reagent bags are handled / counted separately, so you can keep them inside the main bag interface or pop them out into a standalone bag too.

The currency drawer lists Merchant's Favor and everything else in your wallet, along with tokens and marks sitting in your bags. Star the ones you care about and they show in the footer.

Pick another character from the dropdown in the title bar to browse their bags, bank, gold, and currencies.

Other things worth knowing:

• Reagent Bags and Keys Fully Supported.
• During combat the windows fade out and ignore clicks. Both are adjustable.
• Basic Theme Support: Modern, or Classic. Pick your own accent color for either.
• Settings are shared across your WoW Forever characters. Profile support as well.
• Small per-bag windows are available if you want them, for dragging things into a specific bag.
