SynthesisSpy, as its name suggests, spies on Synthesis in your raid.
With all the tank swapping fights in SL, there is a need for chloro's to move their synthesis around during the fight.
SynthesisSpy shows a list of all current Synthesis' on you raid. It shows the caster + target.
If you are the caster or target, then the names are highlighted in green.
