Repurposed Structures - Simply Cats Compat Datapack

Add this datapack to the game to add compatibility between Repurposed Structures and Simply Cats. The Shelter building spawns in any RS Overworld Village and has their workstation block included as well. Also spawns some extra cats inside to adopt!
