Immersive Enchanting Compat

Adding modded enchants to Immersive Enchanting's enchanting system.

Currently supported mods:
Supplementaries
Farmer's Delight
Allurement

You can freely use this in modpacks.

This was originally made for a personal modpack ive been working on but seeing no other datapacks on this mod i decided to fill that gap.

I havent had much time to find different mods to add to this so feel free to make suggestions on mods to add or feedback on balancing.
