Fixed loot crates dropping from every single mob. The quest mod treated every dying mob as a boss, so each kill gave a boss-tier crate. Crates now drop through the pack's own script with the original odds: monsters about 1 in 26 kills, bosses always, animals never.
Server-side fix; clients need no update to join.
