Veilworks - The Confluence Engine

The Veil between worlds is wearing thin. Maren Ashgrove, the last Veilwright, got here first. She built a camp called the Foothold, started building the Confluence Engine to hold the seam together, and left her journal for whoever came next. That's you.

The quest book

• 2,187 quests in 76 chapters. The quest book is written around Maren's journal, followed by her practical advice.
• A cast that grows as you go: Pell, her factory-loving apprentice; Hessa, an old farmer with a saying for everything; Ysolde the archivist; Brannoc the smith; Tamsin the tracker; and Warden Hale, who runs the Bounty Board.

• A Bounty Board of hunting warrants, from zombies at the gate to the Cataclysm titans.

Build the Confluence Engine

Eight pieces, each from a different corner of the pack:

• Industrial Power Cell: Mekanism factories and ore processing.
• Fusion Ruby: fission, fusion and antimatter.
• Verdant Binding: Mystical Agriculture's essence gardens.
• Arcane Crystal: Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks.
• Skywing Membrane: the Aether.
• Twilight Core: the Twilight Forest.
• Cataclysm Core: the titans of L_Ender's Cataclysm.
• Wayfarer's Resin: treasures from the deep dark, the sea, the Nether and the End.

Along the way: Ice and Fire dragons, Mowzie's Mobs, Sophisticated Backpacks and Storage, and Material Arsenal's 49 registered items, including equipment, crafting components and a Bandage. Hold a Bandage for 1.6 seconds to restore one heart and stop Bleeding, with a hand animation and no particles or extra sound. Interrupted use has no effect, and healthy players without Bleeding do not consume it.
