Vagrant Saga is based on the NeoForge 🦊 mod loader, which means it is future-proof for newer mods and improvements!

Installation is to be done via the CurseForge app only. Other launchers are not supported. Simply install the CurseForge app and search for Vagrant Saga. A more in-depth guide can be found here
Note: This pack has been optimized to run on the standard 4gb ram however it is recommended to allocate at least 5-6gb memory when playing Vagrant Saga. Servers will require at least 8gb of ram when setting up a server online.
To enable Fonts or Crosshairs, go to Config/Textures and enable the resource packs from this section
To enable Shaders, go to Config/Graphics/Shader Packs and enable the shaders from this section (make sure your system can handle shaders)

Q: Is this similar to DarkRPG?
A: In some aspects it is similar to DarkRPG Forge edition but is more balanced and there is focus on survival. There are a couple of mods that also differ. This is based on NeoForge while DarkRPG is based on Forge and Fabric modloaders.
Q: Why should I play this modpack and not others?
A: Play all the modpacks! Install whatever modpack you like and play! Just remember to have fun :)
Q: Will this run on a MacBook?
A: I have not got access to test this, however I have tested DarkRPG in the past which ran fine provided you have the latest MacBook with at least the M1 chip.
Q: I found a new bug! how do I report it?
A: Simply head over to our Discord and log it in the relevant section and one of our team will take a look.
Q: Can xyz mod be added to this pack?
A: Sure we can consider it. Just head on over to our Discord and log it in the mods suggest section and we will take a look.
Q: How much ram do I need to play this?
A: We recommend at least 4gb of ram which is the default however optimal would be 5-6gb. For servers it is recommended you allocate at least 8gb of ram to the server.
Q: Is there a server pack for this modpack?
A: There sure is! just look into the files section and you can download the serverpack from there.
Q: Why was this created in NeoForge?
A: NeoForge is a newer modloader that is gaining popularity by the day. We are seeing more and more mods coming on NeoForge 1.21+ and not on Forge, so it makes sense to make this pack future proofed for more mods availability.
Q: Im getting very low FPS when I join a game or server for this modpack, why is that?
A: This might be due to a bug so try to press F3 + T at the same time to refresh your resources and it should fix the FPS issue.
Q: Can I play this using another launcher apart from CurseForge?
A: Sorry support for other launchers is not given. If you choose to play this on a different modpack launcher, then that will be at your own risk.
